Albertville Police Receive Night Vision Equipment Through Community Donation

ALBERTVILLE — The Albertville Police Department announced that officers assigned to the Marshall County Joint Special Response Team have received seven new pieces of night vision equipment, generously funded by seven local businessmen.

The donation will enhance the team’s capabilities during nighttime operations, allowing officers to conduct missions more safely and effectively.

In a statement, the department expressed its appreciation for the contribution, noting that it reflects the strong support the police receive from the Albertville community.

“This generous contribution is just one example of the continued commitment and generosity shown by our citizens,” the department said. “We are deeply grateful for their support.”

The Albertville Police Department said the new equipment will immediately benefit officers involved in nighttime tactical operations, strengthening safety and operational efficiency for both law enforcement and the community.
