DEKALB COUNTY, Ala.– Authorities in DeKalb County arrested a man on Valentine’s Day on charges of kidnapping and electronic solicitation of a child, according to court documents filed Tuesday.

Investigators say Angel Gabriel Contreras Rosas allegedly used Snapchat to contact a juvenile victim on February 14. Court records state he coordinated plans to pick her up from her home and transported her to a concealed parking lot.

Rosas was taken into custody and is being held on a $30,000 bond.
