In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Rebecca Borders, age 39 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, 3rd degree domestic violence, and the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Robert Todd, age 59 of Henegar, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Karla Mendez, age 21 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on two counts of bond revocation.

Bryan Hulsey, age 47 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on three previous charges.

James Eline, age 54 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge.

April Overstreet, age 52 of Centre, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Teresa Culver, age 53 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on five previous charges.

Gary Hill, age 60 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Robert Tucker, age 41 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of conditional release violation.

Chasidy Hall, age 37 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of first degree theft of property greater than $2,500.

Kelsey Howard, age 28 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of organized retail theft.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 93 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
