In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Memphis Thomason, age 18 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 3rd degree criminal trespass and 2nd degree criminal mischief.

Brandon Underwood, age 40 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on grand jury indictments of attempting to elude, leaving the scene of an accident, and driving under the influence.

Gavin Graves, age 32 of Andrews, North Carolina, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of hemp, the unlawful possession of meth, the unlawful possession of kratom, and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 92 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
