CHEROKEE COUNTY, Ala.– A vehicle fire was reported Wednesday afternoon on County Road 653 in the Key Community.
At approximately 4:50 p.m., the Ellisville Fire Department, McCord’s Crossroads Fire Department, and Spring Creek Fire Department were dispatched to a residence for a vehicle fire.
Spring Creek and McCord’s tankers arrived on scene and quickly extinguished the fire. Ellisville’s tanker was canceled while en route.
Damage was limited to the vehicle, and no injuries were reported.
