DECATUR POST— A single vehicle crash involving an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) that occurred at approximately 10 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 24, has claimed the life of an Arab man. Jeremiah R. Sivley, 24, was critically injured when the 2025 Yamaha ATV that he was operating overturned in the roadway. Sivley was transported to Marshall North Hospital for treatment where he later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased. Sivley was not wearing a helmet at the time of crash.

The crash occurred on Cullman County 1850 near Cullman County 1851 approximately two miles south of Arab, in Cullman County. Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
