GADSDEN – The Sand Rock Lady Wildcats improved to 8-2 on the basketball season with an area victory at Gaston on Friday night. The final was 45-22.
Every Lady Wildcat scored in the game, led by Maddie Clanton’s 15 points and five steals. Molly Grace Lay contributed seven points and four assists. Macey Pruitt finished with five points.
Class 2A, No. 3 Sand Rock travels to Pleasant Valley for another area game on Tuesday.
