CENTRE – The Cherokee County Lady Warriors swept an area volleyball match from White Plains on Tuesday. The scores were 25-12, 26-24, 25-11.

Macy Lea collected 28 assists, three digs, three aces, and a pair of kills for the Lady Warriors (37-8). Ava Haygood contributed nine kills, six digs, and an ace. Jolie Alexander added eight kills, four digs, and an ace. Ellisan Givens delivered 13 digs, two aces, two assists, and a kill.

Nevaeh Gaidurgis came away with eight kills, eight digs, three aces, and an assist. Jesslyn Hincy had seven digs and an ace. Raegan Garmany posted three kills and an assist. Mattie Green finished with three kills and two digs.

The Lady Warriors’ next match is at home on Thursday against Plainview for senior night.
