In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Ernesto Martinez, age 45 of North Charalston, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Phillip Davis, age 38 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 4th degree theft of property and for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Courtney Bone, age 33 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 93 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
