Motorcycle Rider Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on West Main Street

Centre- A two-vehicle accident involving a car and a motorcycle occurred Friday afternoon on West Main Street in Centre, resulting in injuries to one person.

The crash took place near Danny’s Builder Supply and prompted a swift response from emergency personnel. According to authorities, the motorcyclist sustained what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries and was treated at the scene by Atrium Floyd EMS before being transported for further evaluation.

The driver of the passenger vehicle was not physically injured but was reported to be visibly shaken following the incident.

Centre Police Department is investigating the cause of the collision. Centre Fire Department also assisted at the scene to ensure traffic safety and assist EMS crews. Further details were not immediately available.
