In the arrest files for the previous 24 hours:

Stacy Roach, age 40 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on nine previous charges.

Christy Hogue, age 46 of LaFayette, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of probation revocation.

Sandra Simons, age 73 of Centre, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with evidence.

Donna Amos, age 46 of Dawson, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on a charge of driving under the influence-any substance.

Kevin Frost, age 42 of Oneonta, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 91 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
