In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

David Kelton, age 49 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of revoked bond.

Jerica Sharp, age 42 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on a charge of 2nd degree criminal mischief.

Casey Beaver, age 38 of Sand Rock, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on charges of attempting to elude and revoked bond.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 98 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
