In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Chris Weaver, age 39 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on a charge of interference with an emergency domestic violence call.

Eric Rogers, age 44 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of two counts of non support.

Phillip Morgan, age 47 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on a charge of attempt of court and for failure to appear on ten previous charges.

Kaliyah Hackett, age 27 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on a charge of contempt of court.

Alexander Mayer, age 32 of Trion, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Christopher Blevins, age 44 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on a charge of contempt of court.

Steven Miller, age 79 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 117 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
