Donald Smith, age 58 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Jamichael Marrie, age 31 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Shenetha Stubbs, age 46 of Leesburg, was arrested by an unnamed agency on unnamed charges.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 113 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
