Cherokee County Arrest Files for Tuesday, July 14

In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Justin Lemaster, age 20 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on a charge of 3rd degree domestic violence.

Timothy Abernathy, age 47 of Sand Rock, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of domestic reckless endangerment and domestic menacing gun.

Timothy Abernathy, age 64 of Sand Rock, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of domestic menacing gun, domestic reckless endangerment, and certain persons forbidden to carry a firearm.

Justin Cambron, age 26 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of a sawed off rifle or shotgun, possession of burglary tools, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, 3rd degree domestic violence, and altering a firearm or possession of an altered firearm.

Nakia Nelson, age 48 of Adairsville, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Randall Davenport, age 41 of Rome, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of domestic violence strangulation or suffocation, 3rd degree domestic violence, criminal littering, certain persons forbidden to carry a firearm, attempting to elude, and tampering with evidence.

Ashley Walker, age 42 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 99 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
