In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Michelle Carroll, age 42 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of three counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana.

Brandon Southerland, age 29 of Winston, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of fugitive from justice.

Christopher Heard, age 52 of Anniston, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Kayla Moses, age 33 of Lindale, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Benjamin Howell, age 37 of Jacksonville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of attempting to elude.

Sharla Bradley, age 41 of Chattanooga, Tennessee, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of two counts of probation revocation and for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 90 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
