AMED Paramedic Brian Osborne Receives American Heart Association Hero Award

GADSDEN — AMED Ambulance Service is recognizing Critical Care Paramedic and Supervisor Brian Osborne after he was honored with the American Heart Association Hero Award.

According to AMED, Osborne was nominated for the award by a patient whose life he helped save, a testament to his dedication to patient care and commitment to the community he serves.

The American Heart Association Hero Award recognizes individuals who make a significant impact through lifesaving actions and exceptional service. AMED officials said Osborne’s professionalism, compassion, and clinical expertise exemplify the qualities that define emergency medical services personnel.

Osborne has served the community for many years as a critical care paramedic and supervisor with AMED Ambulance Service, providing emergency medical care to residents throughout the region.

In announcing the award, AMED expressed appreciation for Osborne’s years of service and his continued commitment to delivering high-quality care to patients during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
