In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Daniel Martin, age 46 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.

Courtney Reed, age 34 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 3rd degree forgery and 4th degree theft of property.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 79 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
