Mrs. Sandra Lee Gipson Pruitt, age 82, of Leesburg, passed away May 24, 2026. .
The family will be hosting a gathering of friends to celebrate a life well-lived on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 2:00 to 5:00PM, at 355 CR 41; Gaylesville, AL 35973. Friends and loved ones are invited to drop in at any time during those hours to share memories and companionship. Guests are welcome to come and go as they wish during this time.
Ms. Pruitt is survived by her daughters, Marlisa (Keith) Weeks and Misty (Dave) Partain; grandchildren, Blake Weeks, Chase (Candace) Weeks, Lindsay Partain, and Trey (Lauryn) Partain; great-grandchildren, Clayton and Cambree Weeks; brother, York (Linda) Gipson; and special friends, Mildred and Herbert Lewis.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Buford York Gipson and Dora Lee Simmons Gipson; and sister, Regina (Jimmy) McClendon.
The family respectfully requests no flowers. Instead, memorials may be made in her honor to your favorite charity.
