CENTRE— The City of Centre Parks and Recreations Department has issued a public notice reinforcing conduct expectations within all city parks, specifically prohibiting the use of explicit, abusive, or racially charged language.

According to the department, such behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Individuals found engaging in inappropriate or offensive language may be asked to leave park premises.

City officials say the reminder is part of an ongoing effort to maintain a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for all visitors who use the parks for recreation and community activities.
