Thomas Cates, 49 of Fort Payne, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and attempting to elude.

Tony McGuire, 67 of Centre, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of Fugitive from Justice.

Brandon Byrd, 44 of Big Sandy, arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of Driving under the influence.

Daniel Gouse, 48 of Fort Payne, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of Court.

Audra Croft, 43 of Piedmont, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on Charges of Certain Persons forbidden to carry  firearm and 2 counts of failure to appear in Court on previous Charges.

Eric Bray, 51 of Piedmont, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of obstruction of government operations.

Early Today 88 Inmates were housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
