New Bethel Baptist Church to Host Hubert Cox Memorial Singing School
COLLINSVILLE — New Bethel Baptist Church will host the Hubert Cox Memorial Singing School from March 23 through March 27 at the church located at 4125 County Road 1 in Collinsville.
The event will begin each evening at 6 p.m. and is open to the public. Organizers say the singing school is designed for a wide range of participants, including beginning singers, choir members, directors, special singers, and anyone who loves music.
The event will be instructed by Genna Brian and is sponsored by the Lookout Mountain Baptist Association.
There is no charge to attend, and organizers encourage anyone interested in learning more about church music and singing to participate.
