DEKALB COUNTY, Ala.– Authorities in DeKalb County arrested a man on Valentine’s Day on charges of kidnapping and electronic solicitation of a child, according to court documents filed Tuesday.
Investigators say Angel Gabriel Contreras Rosas allegedly used Snapchat to contact a juvenile victim on February 14.
