McCords Crossroads Community Celebration to Honor Veterans in Centre on May 17
Centre, AL — The McCords Crossroads Homemakers and American Auctioneers are hosting their yearly May celebration on Saturday, May 17. The event starts at 10:00 a.m. at 7290 County Road 16 in Centre.
This year’s celebration will honor veterans and those who have served in the U.S. military. All veterans will receive a free BBQ plate. Others can enjoy a plate for $12.
The event will include live music, a patriotic program, auctions, and more. It’s a chance for the community to come together, have fun, and say thank you to those who have served the country.
“We’re excited to welcome everyone and show our thanks to our veterans,” said one of the organizers.
Everyone is invited to come out and enjoy the day.
