Randall Davenp[ort, 41 of Centre, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of 2 counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, drug trafficking, certain persons  forbidden to carry a firearm, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tracy Smith, 54 of Piedmont, arrested by the Leesburg Police Department, on charges of failure to appear in court on a previous charge.

Jason Nicholson, 47 of Centre, arrested by the Centre Police Department on Charges of Theft of Porperty 4th degree.

James Crane, 59 of Cedar Bluff, arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department, on charges of 2 counts of failure to appear in Court on previous charges.

Jason Ray, 48 of Cedar Bluff, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of theft by deception 1st degree.

Early Today 95 inmates were housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
