In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Harlan Wallace, age 25 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana.

Trentavious Key, age 24 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana.

James Shockley, age 62 of Ashville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge of 3rd degree domestic violence.

Gary Hill, age 59 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.

Tonya Pannell, age 47 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on a previous charge of 4th degree theft of property.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 111 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
