In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Toni Jones, age 41 of Ohatchee, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Jeremy Sisson, age 48 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.

Marion Gravely, age 51 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of probation revocation, a grand jury indictment on a Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (SORNA) violation, and for failure to appear on previous charges of two counts of SORNA violations.

Tonya Crider, age 50 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of aggravated assault non-family-other weapon.

Timothy Nail, age 36 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of domestic harassment family.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 106 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
