CENTRE – Bristol Bass doubled, singled, walked twice and drove in five runs to lead the Cherokee County Lady Warriors to a 14-0 softball win over Sylvania on Friday.
Izzy Patterson added a pair of hits for Cherokee County. She drove in three runs. Sofie Dawson and Brooklyn Bruce also had a pair of walks. Bruce stole two bases.
Emma Hill earned the win. She tossed three innings of three-hit ball over three innings with no walks and four strikeouts. Bass worked the final two innings. She didn’t allow a hit or a walk and had a strikeout.
