RAGLAND – Jacob Chambers fell a home run short of the cycle at Ragland on Tuesday. He collected a single, a double, a triple, a walk and drove in six runs to lead the Cedar Bluff Tigers to a 20-0 baseball win.
The Tigers (6-1) tallied 15 hits in the game. Hunter Stallings also had three hits. Caleb Edmondson, Dylan McDaniel, Bryson Teague and Samson Mallett each collected multiple hits for Cedar Bluff. Isaac Bishop walked three times.
Kolwyn Morrison earned the win on the mound. He allowed just one hit and a walk and struck out 10 batters.
Cedar Bluff is scheduled to play at Chattooga, Ga., on Thursday.
