In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
Johnna Tucker, age 41 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of ten counts of the fraudulent use of a credit/debit card.
Christopher Lee, age 20 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, attempting to elude, auto theft, 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, 1st degree criminal mischief, and failure to appear on a previous charge of 2nd degree stolen property.
Joseph Dingler, age 18 of Cedartown, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Christopher Truss, age 41 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Brayden Henson, age 20 of Rockmart, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana.
Thelma Todak, age 67 of Centre, was arrested by an unlisted agency on unlisted charges.
Arrests are based upon probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 117 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
