Cedar Bluff’s Vadon surpasses 1,000 points in basketball win over Randolph County

ANNISTON – Kylie Vadon eclipsed the 1,000-point barrier for her career on Tuesday. She scored 15 points, including a pair of 3-pointers, had a pair of rebounds and a pair of steals, an assist and a block in Cedar Bluff’s 48-13 basketball win over Randolph County in the Faith Christian Thanksgiving Tournament.

Caley Bruce added 14 points, seven boards and a steal for the Lady Tigers (3-1). Ciana Smith contributed 12 points, seven rebounds and three steals. Kija Gleen came away with five points, five rebounds and an assist. Janaya Higgins had seven assists, four boards and two steals.

Cedar Bluff takes on Cleburne County in the tournament on Wednesday at 4 p.m.
