Howard Halliday, 51 of Dalton, Ga, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on 3 counts of Unlawful Possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
David Rodriguez, 34 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of Failure to Appear in Court on a previous charge.
Brandon Matthews, 42 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff Department on charges of tampering with evidence and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Early today 12o inmates were housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
