In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

ELIZABETH SMITH – 38 of Cedar Bluff – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Failure to Appear/Manufacturing (with two counts), Failure to Appear/Possession of Precursor Chemicals – and, Failure to Appear/Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance;

ADRIANA CHRISTENSEN age 23 of Cedar Bluff – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – and charged with – Criminal Mischief/Damage to Private Property;

And

DARIUS STRONG, age 35 of Cedartown, Georgia arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – and charged with – Possession with the Intent to Distribute (two counts) the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 1st Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 111 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
