Ready-to-Eat Chicken and Turkey Products Recalled Due to Possible Listeria Contamination

Millions of pounds of ready-to-eat chicken and turkey products sold at places like Aldi, Kroger, Trade Joe’s and Walmart, have been recalled due to possible listeria contamination.

Recalled foods are from pre-cooked meat producer Bruce Pac and include 9,986 pounds of ready-to-eat meat products, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service.

The products were produced from June 19-Oct. 8 and were shipped nationwide at retailers such as Aldi, Giant Eagle, HEB, Kroger, Target, Trader Joe’s and Target under brand names such as Amazon Fresh, Atkins, Boston Market, Dole, Jenny Craig, Michelina’s, Rao’s and Signature Select. Recalled products have the establishment numbers “51205 or P-51205″ on the USDA mark of inspection
