Two people were hurt in a four-vehicle wreck, taking place Sunday night in Cherokee County.
That accident took place at 9:10pm on Alabama Highway 9, and involved a 2017 Ford driven by a male resident of Piedmont; a 2017 Nissan driven by a male from Cedar Bluff; a 2002 Toyota, driven by a male out of White, Georgia; and a 1999 Ford, being driven by a female from Gaylesville.
Two drivers – one in the 2002 Toyota and another in the 1999 Ford were taken to area hospitals for treatment immediately afterwards – suffering unknown injuries.
That accident remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
