In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

JOHNATHAN ROBERTSON age 48 of Centre was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – charged with Disorderly Conduct – Harassment – and Terrorist Threats 1st Degree;

TINA WOLFE, age 44 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, on a Probation Violation, and with Failure to Appear on a Probation Violation;

LORI PIZANO, age 36 of Cedar Bluff was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on a charge of Hold for Another Agency;

And

BOBBY PARKS, age 38 of Gadsden – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, charged with Failure to Appear on the counts of Resisting Arrest – one count of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – with a count of the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree – three counts of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance – and also AWOL/Away Without On Leave – Community Corrections.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 110 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
