In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

TIMOTHY TEEMS, age 63 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, on charges of – Failure to Appear on the previous charges of Theft of Property 2nd Degree – Burglary 3rd Degree (four counts), and the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (two counts).

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

  Currently, there are a total of 106 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
