In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

BRADLEY CHICK, age 53 of Leesburg – was arrested by Centre Police and charged with DUI/Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol;  

NATHAN MAYHALL, age 43 from Centre arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on two counts of Revoked Bond;

MICHAEL BROGDON, 42 from Piedmont arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, as well as Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree – and also, the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

SUMMER GLOVER, age 37 of Centre, arrested by Centre Police on charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree – Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Failure to Appear on a previous Open Container Violation;

And

TERRY EDWARDS age 49 of Gordo, Alabama arrested by Centre Police on a charge of Disorderly Conduct;

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 101 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
