In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

JENNIE RESCINO, 39 from Leesburg was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – Grand Jury Indictment/Domestic Violence 3rd Degree:

CODY DANIEL, age 23 of Leesburg – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Failure to Appear on the prior charge of  DUI/Driving Under the Influence;

PAUL BAKER, 57 of Centre was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Court Order;  

JASON PHILLIPS, 52 of Centre – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and was charged with Failure to Appear on the previous charges of Attempted Burglary 3rd Degree and Criminal Trespass 1st Degree;

JUSTIN SMITH age 29 of Centre – arrested by Centre Police – and charged with Failure to Appear on previous charges of – Expired Tag and Driving While License Revoked;

CASEY STOWE, age 36 of Gadsden – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Court Order;

And

SAVANNAH SMITH age 24 of Centre was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Probation Violation and a Revoked Bond.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 99 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
