A man residing in McDonough, Georgia, is facing MULTIPLE charges after allegedly traveling to Floyd County, to meet someone he THOUGHT was a minor – for sex. According to reports, 45-year-old Steven Andrew Jenkins also engaged in a graphic sexual conversation with the person online, sent lewd pictures, and asked for pictures of the person in return.
Jenkins stands charged with the criminal attempt to commit aggravated child molestation and the electronic enticement of a child and furnishing obscene materials to a minor, having obscene internet contact with that child, and sexually explicit conduct with a minor.
Jenkins was additionally charged with possession of methamphetamine, and a window tint violation.
