Mr. Harold Westley Stansell age 77, of Ft. Payne passed away on Friday, August 9, 2024.

Funeral services are set for 4pm Sunday, August 11, 2024 from the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Sand Rock. Burial will be in Mt. Vernon Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 2 until 4pm Sunday at the church. W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel is in charge.

Mr. Stansell is survived by his wife, Jean Stansell; daughter, Donna (Scott) Norris; sons, Heath Stansell and David (Pam) Clanton; sisters, Frances Clark, Iris Pace, Dianne Risinger, and Sharon (Danny) Woodall; brothers, Jerry (Anita) Stansell and Joe Stansell; grandchildren, Sonia (Josh) Tidwell, Sean Stansell, Hilery (Randall) McCudlbugh, Dex (Sarah) Clanton, Ashley (Justin) Kison, and Paige (JY) Lockridge; 6 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Stansell; parents, John W. and Claudia Stansell; daughter, Shellie Stansell; grandparents, David and Annie Johnson, W.c. and Ida Stansell.
