In the Cherokee County Arrest Files:

MICHAEL BROGDON, age 42 of Piedmont – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, charged with the Failure to Appear/Driving While Suspended

And

TYLER HEMBREE, age 26 of Taylorsville, Georgia – was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on a charge of DUI/Driving Under the Influence (of Alcohol).

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 102 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
