In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

JUSTIN LEMASTER, 18 from Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

FREDRICK DIAMOND, age 43 of Centre, was arrested by the Centre Police and charged with Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

CHRISTY HOGUE, 43 of LaFayette, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Probation Violation;

MICHAEL BENTLEY – age 39 of Centre – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

LEONARD COVINGTON, age 68 from Centre was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – charged with DUI/Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – and also Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance;

And

AARON BRUNER, age 45 of Centre – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and charged with the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and also Theft of Property 4th Degree.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 87 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
