In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

BOBBY CULPEPPER – age 27 of Centre – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Failure to Appear/Driving While Suspended

SARAH RICHARD – age 34 of Leesburg – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of – Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree,  the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (two counts), and with the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

And

RICKEY NOBLITT, age 59 of Boaz – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Court Order.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 83 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
