Whataburger is opening a brand new location this week in Jacksonville.
The City of Jacksonville has announced that the new restaurant – at 612 Pelham Road, South – will open at 11:00am today/Friday. Service initially will be drive-through only – “a dine-in” opening date has yet to be decided; the Texas-based franchise operates in 14 states – with more than 1,000 restaurants.
The company has expanded to several different Alabama communities in recent years, opening a Huntsville restaurant in December – and – others last year in Cullman, Hazel Green, Scottsboro, Albertville and Athens.
