FRED LASTER, age 50 of Anniston, arrested by Centre Police – on charges of Failure to Appear on charges of Driving While Suspended;
ANGELA ROCHESTER, age 52 of Cedar Bluff was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Probation Violation;
CODY JONES – age 28 from Centre – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – on charges of Revoked Bond/the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and a Grand Jury Indictment for Trafficking;
ROMELLO HARPER, 28 of Chattanooga, was arrested by Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office Deputies, and charged with Failure to Appear on previous charges of Burglary 3rd Degree – also with Theft 2nd Degree/Controlled Substance and Bond Revocations on charges of Burglary 3rd Degree and Theft 2nd Degree/Controlled Substance and the Possession of Controlled Substance;
CHRISTIAN CROSS, age 38 of Leesburg – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – and charged with Failure to Appear on previous charges of Bail Jumping/Felonies (two counts) – and Failure to Appear, on a prior Open Container Violation;
JUSTIN SMITH, age 32 of Trussville, was arrested by Centre Police, on the charges of Failure to Appear/Traffic;
SAVANNAH EDWARDS, age 24 from Chatsworth, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Conditional Release Violation;
WILLIAM LENTZ, age 51 of Centre – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on two counts of Failure to Appear:
COREY PEEK, age 44 of Centre, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;
RICKEY NOBLITT, 59 of Boaz – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Court Order;
BRENDA SEABOLT, 66 from Cedar Bluff, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Court Order;
And
JOSHUA TAYLOR, age 31 of Gaylesville – was arrested by Centre Police on charges of Driving Without a License, two Insurance Violations, and also Failure to Appear/Driving While License Suspended; Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 119 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
