In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

MICHAEL CLACKUM – age 40 of Cedartown, Georgia – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the Failure to Appear (two counts);

ALEXIA STARR – age 40 from Gaylesville – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear/Driving While Revoked;

TONYA SUMMERVILLE – 45 of Cedar Bluff – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Failure to Appear;

And

GREGORY HOUSE, age 38 of Rome, Georgia – was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police, for Giving False Identification to Law Enforcement, and Hindering Prosecution.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently – there are 92 inmates that are housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
