In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

ASHLEY OGLETREE, age 38 from Centre arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on 18 counts of the Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Card;

And

JUSTIN PRUETT, age 41 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police and charged with Domestic Violence 3rd Degree.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently, there are a total of 92 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
