Tonya Pannell, age 46, of Gaylesville was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department on 2 counts of failure to appear on previous charges.

Michael Holcomb, age 54, of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department on a charge of violation of a conditional release order.

Currently, 87 inmates are housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
