One person was injured in a single-vehicle rollover Friday, here in Cherokee County.
According to the Alabama State Troopers Post at Jacksonville, a 2002 Lexus RX300 left the road on County Road 16, just prior to 2:00 that afternoon. The male driver was taken by ambulance afterwards, treated at Floyd-Medical Center in Rome, and the female passenger wasn’t hurt in the mishap.
That wreck remains under investigation.
